Acetech IT Shipping Policy

The Acetech IT Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders to customers across Kenya. We aim to deliver your electronics and accessories quickly, securely, and reliably.

Our goal is to provide flexible delivery options so customers receive their orders in the most convenient way.

Shipping Locations

Under the Acetech IT Shipping Policy, we offer nationwide delivery within Kenya. Whether you are in Nairobi or another region, we work to deliver your order safely to your location.

However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and accessibility.

Delivery Options and Timelines

We offer several delivery options to suit different customer needs.

Standard Delivery

Delivery Time: 2–5 business days

Delivery Cost:

  • Ksh 300 for orders within Nairobi

  • Ksh 500 for deliveries outside Nairobi

Express Delivery (Nairobi Only)

Delivery Time: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM

Delivery Cost: Ksh 800

Store Pick-Up

Customers can collect orders directly from our store.

Pick-up is free and available within 24 hours after order confirmation.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually processed the same day.

However, orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

After placing an order, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email

  • A tracking number once the order is shipped

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, our store ships within Kenya only. International delivery is not available at this time.

In some cases, remote locations may experience longer delivery times. Customers can contact our support team if they have concerns about delivery to their area.

Bulk and Large Orders

Shipping costs for bulk purchases or oversized products may vary.

Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This tracking information allows you to monitor your delivery status.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver orders on time, unexpected situations such as weather conditions or transport disruptions may cause delays.

If this happens, we will notify customers as soon as possible.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately.

Our team will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails, our team will contact you to arrange another delivery time.

After two failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

Shipping Address Changes

Customers who need to update their delivery address should contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been dispatched, address changes may no longer be possible.
