Shipping Locations

We proudly offer nationwide delivery across Kenya. Whether you're in Nairobi or a remote region, we aim to bring your favorite electronics and accessories to your doorstep.

Delivery Options and Timelines

We offer flexible delivery options to meet your needs:

  1. Standard Delivery

    • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days

    • Cost: Ksh 300 for orders within Nairobi and Ksh 500 for other regions.

  2. Express Delivery (Nairobi only)

    • Delivery Time: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

    • Cost: Ksh 800

  3. Pick-Up Option

    • You can collect your order from our physical store during business hours: Moi Avenue, Rahimtullah Trust Building, 2nd Floor, Shop GF 11, Nairobi.

    • Pick-up is free and available within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement and a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Kenya only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Certain remote areas may experience longer delivery times. Please contact us at support@acetechit.co.ke if you have concerns about delivery to your location.

Shipping Policy for Large or Bulk Orders

For bulk purchases or oversized items, shipping costs may vary. Contact our business support team at partnerships@acetechit.co.ke for specialized delivery options and quotations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this information to monitor your delivery status.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, please contact us at support@acetechit.co.ke.

Delivery Issues and Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, transport disruptions) may cause delays. We will notify you promptly if your order is affected.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our support team.

Missing or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect item:

  1. Contact us immediately at returns@acetechit.co.ke.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • We will contact you to schedule a second delivery attempt.

  • After two failed attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse, and you may incur additional delivery charges for re-shipment.

Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to modify your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within 2 hours at support@acetechit.co.ke. Address changes cannot be accommodated after the order is dispatched.
